Magazine delivery

We strive to ship your order on the same business day if you have ordered individual issues and if the order is received before 1:00 PM. Otherwise, packages with individual issues are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Fast delivery

If you need fast delivery, please write "Urgent" in the comment field when placing your order, and we will do our best to send your package as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can pick up your items in person in Holte on the same day.

Exchange and return policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. You may cancel all or part of your purchase without providing a reason. Please note that you as a customer are liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods.

Returning:

  • We do not collect packages from parcel shops.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us (we recommend that you save the track & trace number).
  • The return process may take a few extra days before the package arrives at our location.
  • You are responsible for the return costs.

You will be refunded your payment no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your returned item.

Magazines and subscriptions

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a receipt via email as documentation. To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Denmark. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or other countries outside of Denmark.

We reserve the right to correct typos, pricing errors, sold-out items, and delivery failures from our suppliers.

If the address information on the order is incorrect, MagsStudio.dk does not assume responsibility for the shipment or any potential loss thereof. To ensure correct delivery, the recipient's name must appear on the mailbox associated with the provided address, and it is the buyer's responsibility to verify this.

Single-issue magazine purchases
When purchasing single magazines, you will receive the specific magazine shown on the website.

MagsStudio.dk subscriptions
For subscriptions from MagsStudio.dk, the subscription begins with the magazine (issue) shown on the website, unless otherwise specified on the product.

Subscriptions from other publishers
When purchasing subscriptions, the images on the website are for illustrative purposes. You will receive the upcoming issues of the magazine starting from the commencement date, not the issue shown.

Publishers and terms

Story House Egmont A/S: The first issue may take up to a month or more to arrive. Contact customer service at 70 20 31 00.

Keesing Danmark A/S: Expect a longer start-up time for subscriptions. Ongoing subscriptions continue until cancelled. Gift subscriptions stop automatically after the number of magazines purchased and do not require cancellation. Contact customer service at 70 20 15 53.

Nordic Subscription Service: Expect a longer start-up time for subscriptions. The expected delivery time is stated on each individual product. All subscriptions terminate automatically after the number of magazines purchased.

Subscription cancellation can be done via the publisher's portal or by email. All "Gift" subscriptions stop automatically after the number of issues purchased.

Subscription terms

Subscriptions can either be ongoing or end automatically after a fixed number of issues. It is clearly stated on each product page which type of subscription it is.

Ongoing subscriptions continue automatically after any introductory period at the standard price until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to take effect at the end of the paid period.

Payment for the first period is collected by MagsStudio.dk. Thereafter, the publisher will collect payment upon each renewal.

You can cancel your subscription as early as after receiving the first magazine/weekly periodical.

Subscriptions marked "Gift" stop automatically after the number of issues purchased.

Non-payment or refusal to accept magazines is not considered a cancellation and does not exempt you from payment.

Personal data

When you order subscriptions from other publishers via MagsStudio.dk, we pass on the necessary information to the relevant publisher, who handles the subscription.

When purchasing MagsStudio.dk subscriptions, your information is not shared with third parties.

You may access your information at any time and have any errors corrected. The information is also used to administer your order as well as to send relevant information via email in accordance with applicable law.

We use cookies and log statistics to optimize your experience on MagsStudio.dk. No personally sensitive information is stored in cookies, and you can always delete or disable cookies via your browser.
