At MagsStudio.dk, you can order subscriptions to magazines published by Story House Egmont A/S. MagsStudio handles your order, payment, and customer service – while Story House Egmont A/S is the responsible publisher of the magazines and the associated subscription terms below.

Conclusion of agreement

By purchasing this subscription, you enter into an agreement with Story House Egmont A/S as the publisher, while MagsStudio handles the order, payment, and customer service.

Once you have made the purchase, you will receive a receipt from MagsStudio.dk via email. You will simultaneously be registered on your profile page at MagsStudio, where you can view receipts, subscription status, and print documentation at any time.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that address information is correct. If the address information on the order is incorrect, MagsStudio.dk accepts no responsibility for the shipment or any loss thereof. To ensure correct delivery, the recipient's name must be on the mailbox corresponding to the provided address, and it is the buyer's responsibility to verify this.

How your subscription works

Your subscription will usually start with the next upcoming issue. It may take up to a month or more before you receive your first magazine. This depends on when we received your order and the release date of the next issue.

Unless otherwise stated, the subscription is ongoing, i.e., after the introductory period, it automatically continues at the current standard price until cancelled.

You must be over 18 years of age to be a subscriber. If you are under 18, we must have the consent of your parents or guardian.

Prerequisites for purchasing and/or using e-magazines

You can gain access to an e-magazine either as an add-on to your subscription for a physical magazine (when offered) or by taking out a subscription for an e-magazine.

To read e-magazines, you must have a functional internet connection and an email address, and you must have access to a tablet or smartphone with either an iOS or Android operating system. However, your operating system must be no more than one year old.

E-magazines may only be used for private use. Use of e-magazines in commercial and public contexts is not permitted.

An e-magazine subscription contains features that enable the temporary storage of content on the various devices from which this content can be accessed when you are offline. You have access to this content as long as you have a valid subscription. It is not permitted to acquire this content via mechanisms other than those available through the subscription. The content may therefore not be copied and/or otherwise made available.

Payment

Your first payment is made via MagsStudio.dk when ordering. If your subscription is ongoing and continues after the first period, you will receive an invoice directly from Story House Egmont A/S upon renewal, or you can choose to manage your payment via your profile page at mitblad.dk. Gift subscriptions and subscriptions with a fixed number of issues stop automatically and require no further payment.

If you have not updated your payment information in time, your subscription will be charged via giro payment slip, to which a giro fee of DKK 39 per issued slip will be added.

You can also choose to register your payment for Betalingsservice (automatic payment service). By registering for Betalingsservice, we will automatically ensure that the money is deducted from your account each time your subscription is to be renewed, unless you have cancelled your subscription in time.

If you have chosen to pay for your subscription via giro payment slip, Story House Egmont will send this to you, either together with your magazine or in a separate letter. A giro fee of DKK 39 per issued slip is added. Please pay this payment slip before the due date. In case of non-payment, a reminder letter will be sent, incurring a fee of DKK 100 each. A total of three reminder letters will be sent. If you still have not paid, the outstanding amount will be sent for collection to the publisher's attorney.

Campaign offers

If you have not previously had a subscription to a magazine, you may, if offered, take advantage of a campaign offer. If you have previously subscribed to this magazine, you cannot take advantage of a campaign offer at the same delivery address until at least six months after your most recent subscription ended. Circumvention of this may result in a demand for payment and/or termination of the subscription.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase for 14 days. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the time you receive your first magazine or a gift card code. If you placed the order on Monday the 1st, you have until the end of the 15th. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, you may wait until the following weekday. The right of withdrawal is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can only use your right of withdrawal if you have not yet started using your subscription. In practice, this means that you have not started reading a magazine and/or have downloaded a magazine or other content to your tablet or smartphone.

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must – before you start using the subscription and before the 14-day period expires – communicate this in an unambiguous written statement to Story House Egmont A/S, Stroedamvej 46, 2100 Copenhagen.

Story House Egmont will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. NOTE! You are responsible for any postage costs.

Termination

You can choose to terminate your subscription at any time to end at the end of the period you have paid for, with one month's notice.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, please contact www.mitblad.dk or send an email to kontakt@mitblad.dk. If there is a binding period on the subscription, it can only be terminated after the binding period has expired.

At www.mitblad.dk, you can also see when your current subscription period expires.

Failure to pay or refusal to receive the magazine is not considered a cancellation of the subscription and does not exempt you from payment.

Changing your information

If you have changes to your subscription, e.g., change of address, change of payment period, registration for Betalingsservice, etc., this is done on the profile page at mitblad.dk. It is your own responsibility to provide changes of address, as we are not automatically notified of this. Changes must be communicated at least 14 days before they are to take effect. The same applies to a temporary address or holiday address.

Introductory offers and offers including a welcome gift

If your welcome offer contains a gift, it will be sent no later than three weeks after your payment has been registered.

If you take out a subscription with an associated welcome gift where the recipient address is different from the payer address, the gift will always be sent to the payer. This does not apply, however, if the payer resides abroad. In this case, a subscription can only be taken out without a gift.

If you have not collected the package within the deadline, it can be re-sent upon payment of DKK 75 to cover postage and handling.

The package is delivered by GLS or PostNord, so it is important to provide the correct address, email, and mobile number.

We reserve the right for sold-out gifts.

When you give a subscription as a gift to someone else, the subscription continues until it is terminated, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Payment slips are sent to the original payer.

Changes to terms and prices

Story House Egmont may change subscription prices on an ongoing basis. Price increases will only take effect for the subsequent payment period of your subscription. You can therefore terminate the subscription in accordance with the general termination rules at the end of your current payment period. They may also change and adjust the subscription terms on mitblad.dk on an ongoing basis. In the event of significant changes, you will receive a notification via email, and the agreement may be terminated with 14 days' notice with effect from the entry into force of the change.

Electronic communication

By setting up a subscription, you simultaneously give us your consent for Story House Egmont to contact you via email with guidance on how to get the most out of your subscription, as well as information about updates, changes, content, etc., regarding the subscription. You can unsubscribe from this at any time, either directly at mitblad.dk, in the email, or by sending an email to kontakt@mitblad.dk.

Personal data

Personal data is treated confidentially and stored under secure conditions in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to access your personal data. Read more about how we process your personal data here.

Transfer of information to Story House Egmont

When you order a subscription through MagsStudio.dk, we transfer the information necessary to set up and manage your subscription with Story House Egmont A/S. This includes, among other things, name, address, email address, phone number, as well as information about your purchase and subscription. The information is transferred solely for the purpose of delivery, administration, customer service, billing, and other matters related to your subscription.

Other

Receipt of complaints regarding weekly magazines must be made within 4 weeks and 8 weeks for monthly magazines.
