Subscription Terms

The subscription is provided and managed in collaboration with Nordic Subscription Service A/S.

The subscription is for a fixed term and terminates automatically after delivery of the final issue of the chosen subscription period. There is no automatic renewal or commitment.

To make a purchase on MagsStudio.dk, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a residential address in Denmark.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Delivery and commencement

The expected commencement time is stated on each individual product page. Please note that some magazines may have a longer delivery time before the first issue is received.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery information is correct. The recipient's name must be clearly displayed on the mailbox at the provided address.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the first magazine of the subscription.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us at info@magsstudio.dk before the deadline expires.

Returns are at your own expense, and the magazine must be returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received the returned magazine or proof of return.

Complaints

If a magazine is received damaged or is not delivered as expected, please contact us as soon as possible at info@magsstudio.dk.
