Conclusion of Agreement

Delivery Time
All individual magazine issues are delivered within 2–5 business days. Titles that are out of stock will be delivered only once the magazine is published again. Delivery costs DKK 29.00 to the nearest parcel shop and DKK 39.00 for home delivery.
How your purchase works
Your purchase applies only to the magazines you have selected. When purchasing individual issues, there is no subscription – delivery stops automatically once you have received the ordered issues. When purchasing a subscription, you will receive the agreed number of issues, after which the subscription terminates automatically.
Ordering and terms
Once you have completed a purchase, you will receive a receipt via email as documentation. To place an order on MagsStudio.dk, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Denmark. Offers do not apply to shipments to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or abroad. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, sold-out/discontinued items, and delivery failures from our suppliers.
The image shown of the magazine is always of the specific issue you are ordering and which will be delivered.

Delivery
We ship your order as a parcel to your nearest parcel shop or directly to the provided private address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address information is correct. MagsStudio.dk accepts no liability for the shipment or potential loss if the information is incorrect.
PLEASE NOTE! The standard price of individual international magazines may vary from time to time, e.g., for special editions and supplements.
Right of Cancellation
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules regarding the right of cancellation and return for online purchases. You therefore always have a 14-day right of cancellation starting from the day you receive your item, during which you can inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase and then return the item to us. However, please note that you as a consumer are liable for any potential depreciation in the value of the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must unequivocally notify us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the item. This must be done via email to info@magsstudio.dk. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
Costs associated with returning items are borne by you as the buyer, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

You will be refunded your payment no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your returned item.
Payment
When ordering physical magazines and weekly publications on MagsStudio.dk, you pay online using Dankort, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and other common payment methods. This means that MagsStudio.dk does not store or keep card details for later payments. The receipt will be sent to your email address as soon as the transaction has been completed.
Prices
All prices for magazines and weekly publications on MagsStudio.dk include VAT. Any shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Complaints
If your magazine is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 2 days of receipt via email and attach photos of both the magazine and the packaging so that the damage can be documented.
Please note that the damaged magazine must be returned no later than 5 business days after receiving the return label. Once we have received both the photos and the returned magazine, we will process the case as quickly as possible.
Personal Data
Personal information registered on MagsStudio.dk is at no time transferred, sold, or made available to third parties. All information is kept securely and is only accessible to the owners of MagsStudio.dk. When you order an item on MagsStudio.dk, however, we pass on your name and contact information to the respective supplier who fulfills your order.
You can gain access to this information at any time by sending us an email, and you can also have any incorrect information corrected. The information is used to manage orders and payments as well as for information and marketing via email in accordance with current legislation.
