How your subscription at MagsStudio.dk works

At MagsStudio.dk, you can order subscriptions to magazines published by Bonnier Publications International AS. MagsStudio handles your order, payment, and customer service – while Bonnier Publications International AS is the responsible supplier of the magazines and the associated subscription terms and conditions below.

Formation of the agreement

By purchasing this subscription, you enter into an agreement with Bonnier Publications International AS as the supplier, while MagsStudio handles ordering, payment, and customer service.

Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive a receipt from MagsStudio.dk via email. You will simultaneously be set up on your profile page at MagsStudio, where you can view receipts, the status of your subscription, and print documentation at any time.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that address details are correct. If the address details on the order are incorrect, MagsStudio.dk assumes no responsibility for the shipment or any potential loss thereof.

How your subscription works

The magazine is sent on the day of publication. As a subscriber, you have access to the magazine's digital universe – your user profile is created automatically in connection with your purchase. If an extra item is included in your offer, it will be sent separately, approx. two weeks after we have registered your payment, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

This is a continuous subscription. Subscription offers are not valid in Greenland, abroad, or in the Faroe Islands.

If you are under 18, we must receive a written order with a parent's/guardian's signature. Advertisements from Bonnier Publications International AS and our partners in the form of loose and fixed inserts may occur; these are considered part of the magazine and cannot be opted out of.

Bonnier Publications International A/S reserves the right not to complete your order if deemed necessary based on a credit assessment and/or previous engagement with Bonnier Publications International AS.

Inflation adjustment

Bonnier Publications International A/S increases your subscription payment every year by up to 8% to cover inflation costs. Other price increases are notified in accordance with the "Change of prices" section below.

Change of prices

Bonnier Publications International A/S may implement price increases on your subscription if the purpose is to accommodate:

• Increased costs resulting from changes in production costs, operating and administrative expenses, and/or increases in taxes, duties, or fees (e.g., changes in costs associated with paper and distribution).
• Market developments, including changes in consumer preferences, supply, and demand.
• Legislation, orders, or practices from courts, administrative authorities, or complaints boards.

In the event of significant price increases, you will receive individual notification via email, text message, the magazine's masthead, or letter no later than 1 month before the change takes effect. If you do not wish to accept the price increase, you must cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, you are considered to have accepted the price increase.

Bonnier Publications International A/S may implement price reductions at any time without notice.

Change of terms

Bonnier Publications International A/S may change these subscription terms for the following reasons:

• Need for adjustment of our services, including restructuring or changes in subscription types.
• Business reasons, e.g., related to Bonnier Publications International AS's administration of the subscription agreements.
• Market development.
• Legislation, orders, or practices from courts, administrative authorities, or complaints boards.

In the event of significant changes to the subscription terms, you will receive individual notification via email, text message, the magazine's masthead, or letter no later than 1 month before the change takes effect.

If you do not wish to accept the change, you can always cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, you are considered to have accepted the change.

Bonnier Publications International A/S may, without notice, make changes that do not result in a detriment, changes that constitute improvements for you, or changes that solely consist of minor linguistic corrections without significance to your subscription.

Payment

Your first payment is made via MagsStudio.dk when ordering. If your subscription is continuous and continues after the first period, you will receive an invoice directly from Bonnier Publications International A/S upon renewal.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you can withdraw from the concluded agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your first magazine.

If you wish to withdraw from the agreement, you can log in to kundeservice.nu, where you can use our withdrawal button under the menu item "My overview" and Subscription details, or under the menu item "Contact us", where you can send us an email with information about your withdrawal. The withdrawal period is respected if you send your notice before the period has expired.

If you have already received the magazine, you must return it to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must pay the costs (postage) for returning the magazine yourself.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the magazine and any extra items back.

Processing of personal data

Personal data processed in connection with the creation and administration of your subscription is processed in accordance with Bonnier Publications International A/S's privacy policy, which you can read at www.bonnierpublications.com/privatlivspolitik.

When you order a subscription through MagsStudio.dk, we disclose the information necessary to create and manage your subscription at Bonnier Publications International AS. This includes, among other things, name, address, email address, phone number, and information about your purchase and subscription. The information is disclosed solely for the purpose of delivery, administration, customer service, billing, and other matters related to your subscription. Changes to the subscription

Changes such as address, email address, switching to automatic card payment, etc., can easily be done at kundeservice.nu. Changes to delivery and email addresses take effect immediately. Note that it is your responsibility to report changes of address – we do not receive this information automatically. If you have not received the magazine due to a forgotten address change, please let us know, and we will send a new copy upon payment of the shipping costs.

Cancellation

After the introductory offer expires, you will continue in a continuous subscription and can cancel it at any time until the end of the current payment period. You can cancel your subscription by contacting customer service by phone at +45 39 10 30 00 Monday-Thursday 9 AM–5 PM and Friday 9 AM–4 PM, at kundeservice.nu, or by sending an email to customer service.

If you have received the first magazine in your payment period, or if the first magazine is on its way to your address, your cancellation will take effect once you have received the magazines in your payment period.

Non-payment or refused receipt of your magazine is not considered a cancellation.

If your subscription is cancelled by a third party via power of attorney, the cancellation must contain the following information: subscription number, your name, your address, and the title of the service you are subscribing to.

Right to complain

A written complaint can be submitted to Bonnier Publications International AS at ks@bonnier.dk. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, can be contacted via www.naevneneshus.dk or by phone at +45 72 40 56 00.
